Data Retention

We retain personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Project-related data is retained for 5 years following the completion of services to comply with tax and accounting regulations. Marketing consent data is retained until withdrawal.

These Terms of Service govern the provision of editorial, copywriting, and content strategy services by ContentOrbitHouse to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

ContentOrbitHouse provides professional copywriting, editorial content creation, technical documentation, brand storytelling, and content strategy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed invoices, all intellectual property rights in the delivered content are irrevocably transferred to the client. ContentOrbitHouse retains the right to display excerpts of completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified in the SOW. A 50% deposit is required before work commences on projects exceeding $1,000. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

ContentOrbitHouse's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

ContentOrbitHouse strives to ensure complete client satisfaction with every editorial project. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our copywriting and content services.

Deposit Refunds

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, the initial deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days. If work has commenced but less than 25% of the project scope has been completed, a prorated refund of the deposit may be issued at our discretion.

Completed Work

For completed deliverables that meet the specifications outlined in the SOW, refunds are not available. If deliverables fail to meet agreed specifications, we will provide up to three rounds of revisions at no additional cost to bring the work into compliance.

Revision Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $75/hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish law.
